According to Burkina Information Agency, the song aims to boost the morale of those on the front lines. Sam de Dieu stated, "With this song, I am giving morale to my colleagues on the front lines. The war will soon end, because we are determined to defend our country."
Sam de Dieu emphasized that the land of Burkina Faso belongs to its sons and will never be abandoned. He urged the population to remain united and support the FDS in their mission to secure the territory.
