Djelgodji: As part of the activities of the second phase of the National Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation (JEPCC), the population came out en masse on Thursday, October 15, 2025, to clean up the Djibo Urban Medical Center (CMU).
According to Burkina Information Agency, the representative of the High Commissioner of the province of Delgodji, Losseni Woni, noted that the mobilization of the population of Djibo is a testament to their patriotism and attachment to the Burkinabe Nation.
The Special President of the commune of Djibo, Hubert Drabo, remarked at the conclusion of the sanitation operation that patriotism is not merely a word but a sentimental attachment to one's homeland. He commended the community's volunteer efforts and resilience.
Judicael Ouedraogo, representing the Chief Medical Officer of the Djibo health district, expressed gratitude to the community for their involvement in the sanitation operation. He emphasized that this initiative will enhance the working conditions for health workers.
In addition to the cleanup, various activities such as the raising of the colors and the wearing of traditional clothing are planned for Thursday, October 16, 2025, within the premises of the Djelgodji high commission.
