Education Stakeholders Acknowledged at Dokuy Basic Education Conference

Koosin: The Head of the Dokuy Basic Education District (CCEB), Anselme Taro, launched the annual pedagogical conference for primary school teachers on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, expressing gratitude to the teachers for their dedication and success in the past academic year.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the conference, themed "Implementation of educational reforms and appropriation of integration situations," commenced with a moment of silence for civilians, military personnel, Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP), and teachers who had passed away prematurely. Inspector Taro emphasized that the annual pedagogical conference is a vital forum for reflection, allowing teachers to exchange ideas, receive training, and learn about educational innovations and reforms implemented by the Burkinabe State to enhance the education system's efficiency.

Inspector Taro highlighted that the Ministry in charge of Primary Education has been generalizing reforms over the past three years, with a focus on building capacity among educators to ensure successful implementation. The CCEB expressed appreciation for the efforts made by education stakeholders, which contributed to high success rates in various exams during the previous school year.

As a testament to these efforts, the Dokuy Basic Education District achieved a success rate of 86.71% in the CEP, and a perfect 100% in both the CAPPE and CSAPe exams. With words of encouragement, the CCEB officially opened the annual pedagogical conference, setting the stage for continued progress and collaboration in the educational sector.
