The team of the Association of Sports Journalists of Burkina (AJSB) gave Sunday in Ouagadougou, a football lesson to that of the National Association of Football Coaches of Burkina Faso ( ANEF-BF) by beating it in a friendly match, by the score of 3 goals to 2, counting for the commemorative activities of the 28th international sports press day, it was noted.
It is the first time since the creation of this day that the AJSB has decided to mark with a white stone, by playing a friendly match against the team of coaches, these mentors of the teams. The journalists were determined to thwart all the plans put in place by these coaches during the 2 times 25 minutes allocated to the game. The coaches were therefore picked up cold by this morning goal from Ibrahim Kabré from the 10th minute , then will follow the achievement of Ousmane Traoré in the 17th minute . Before the break, former Burkinabè international Wilfried Dah, now a coach, reduced the score (23 ' ).
The AJSB team comes back from the break pumped up and opts for counter-attacks. The ANEF-BF will still get a penalty that will transform Ibrahim Korbéogo (35 th ), another former Burkinabè international.
Very comfortable in the game despite the presence of former Stallions in the team of coaches, the formation of the AJSB will press the accelerator. Ousmane Traoré of Editions Sidwaya, author of the 2nd goal for the journalists, returns to the charge and crucifies the ANEF-BF goalkeeper with an unstoppable strike ( 47th ).
This 3 rd goal sounded the death knell for the defeat of the football coaches and confirmed the great form of the AJSB team for the competitions to come.
The honorary president of the AJSB Alexis Koncobo who kicked off this match, congratulated both teams for this successful meeting. For the president of the AJSB Jérôme Tiendrébéogo, this activity of commemoration of the international day of the sports press in Burkina Faso, will henceforth be registered in the calendar of the association.
Every July 2 since 1995, the sports press has commemorated this day worldwide by organizing activities.
