Kenedougou: CEB Teachers Enhance Skills on Educational Reforms

Kayan: The President of the Special Delegation of the commune of Kayan, Yacouba Barro, led the pedagogical conference for teachers of the Basic Education District (CEB) of Kayan, focusing on strengthening their skills for the effective implementation of new educational reforms.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the conference, held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, centered on the theme "Implementation of educational reforms and appropriation of integration situations." During this event, teachers enhanced their understanding and application of the current educational reforms. Lassane Kabore, the Head of the Kayan Basic Education District, commended the organization of the conference and encouraged teachers to embrace the reformative efforts initiated by the country's top authorities.

Yacouba Barro congratulated all local education system participants for their success in the 2025 Primary School Certificate examination. He acknowledged the teachers' resilience amid challenging circumstances and urged them to maintain their dedication. Barro also called on the speakers to engage actively, share experiences, and apply rigor to ensure the meeting's outcomes align with the educational community's expectations.

Prior to the official commencement, participants engaged in a flag-raising ceremony, marking the continuation of the National Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation.
