Koulpelogo: The Provincial Directorate of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education of Koulpelogo has a new head since Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Mr. Balawende François Tarama has been officially installed and replaces Mr. Alexis Kiema in this position, who headed this structure for three years and ten days.According to Burkina Information Agency, the handover ceremony took place in the meeting room of the High Commission in Ouargaye, in the presence of the province's administrative and educational authorities. The event was chaired by the High Commissioner of Koulpelogo, who praised Mr. Kiema's commitment and work during his term.The new provincial director, Balawende François Tarama, expressed his gratitude to the authorities and promised to continue working to improve the quality of education in the province.This handover marks a new chapter for the Koulpelogo education sector, with new perspectives under the leadership of Mr. Balawende François Tarama.
