Mouhoun Prefect Urges Teachers to Sustain Excellence in Education

Mouhoun: The prefect of the Bondoukuy department, Mathias Bado, chaired the annual pedagogical conference of primary school teachers in the Bondoukuy Basic Education District (CEB). He urged the teachers to maintain the momentum of excellence and dedication in the service of learners and the nation.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the opening ceremony of the conference was held under the theme: "Implementation of educational reforms and appropriation of integration situations". This event is part of a series of educational meetings organized by the Ministry of Basic Education and the Promotion of National Languages aimed at the successful implementation of educational reforms and the continuous improvement of teaching quality.

The conference gathered educational supervisors, teachers, and educational partners to discuss strategies for enhancing learning quality. The Head of the Basic Education District, Inspector Moussa Dieni, highlighted the importance of the meeting as a platform for reflection, analysis, and experience sharing. He urged participants to leverage the exchanges to boost their professional skills and contribute to quality education for all.

Mathias Bado emphasized that the conference aligns with the national efforts for the harmonious implementation of educational reforms. He noted that teachers are crucial to the success of government public policies in education. Mr. Bado also acknowledged the sacrifices of the Defense and Security Forces and the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland, which enable the continuation of educational activities benefiting thousands of children.

He clarified that the conference is not merely a training framework but a space for innovation and continuous improvement of professional practices. He praised the teaching staff of the CEB of Bondoukuy for their achievements over the past year and encouraged them to sustain their dedication and excellence for the benefit of learners and the nation.

The conference, scheduled for four days, will include presentations and workshops on new directions for the education system and strengthening the educational support system.
