Boromo: 1,987 candidates, comprising 993 boys and 994 girls, have registered for the baccalaureate examination in Bale Province. The province's High Commissioner, Martin Bako, ceremoniously opened the first envelope of written tests for the 8th panel of judges at Boromo Evangelical Private High School on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the provincial director of secondary education, K©l©tigui Soulama, stated that the candidates are distributed across 8 juries. Specifically, 2 juries are located in the commune of Bagassi, 2 in Fara, and 4 in Boromo. Among the candidates, 966 are taking the A4 series, while 1,023 are registered for the D series. There has been an increase in the number of candidates for the scientific series compared to previous sessions.
The commencement of the tests was marked by encouragement from administrative authorities, who addressed the candidates at the mixed jury of Boromo Evangelical High School. The delegation accompanying the high commissioner included the president of the special delegation of Boromo, senior officials from the defense and security forces, and authorities from national education.
High Commissioner Martin Bako urged the candidates to strive for excellence to achieve a high success rate for the province. He also advised them to avoid misconduct and fraudulent practices, advocating for the values of integrity and patriotism. Director K©l©tigui Soulama took the opportunity to commend the defense and security forces for their support, which ensures peace at the examination centers.
