655 New Judicial Police Officers Graduate from Gendarmerie Training in Bobo-Dioulasso

Bobo-dioulasso: 655 nouveaux Officiers de Police Judiciaire de la Gendarmerie re§oivent leurs attestations

Le Centre National de Qualification des Sous-officiers de la Gendarmerie (CNQSOG) a abrit©, vendredi   Bobo-Dioulasso, la c©r©monie de fin de formation de la 27e promotion des Officiers de Police Judiciaire (OPJ) de la Gendarmerie nationale, forte de 655 stagiaires dont 21 femmes.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony was presided over by the Chief of Staff of the National Gendarmerie, Colonel Koagri Natama. The event featured a military parade, speeches, and the awarding of certificates to the new judicial police officers.

The graduates included participants from Burkina Faso and four allied countries: the Republic of Guinea, Congo, Mali, and Niger. Over a period of five months, they were trained in various aspects including law, criminal procedure, combating financial terrorism, and completed practical internships in courts and penitentiary institutions.

The organizers stated that this training enhances the operational capabilities of the Gendarmerie in the field of judicial policing.
