Post-primary and secondary school teachers strengthen their capacities through teaching and learning according to the Competency-Based Approach/Integration Pedagogy (APC/PI), on Tuesday, September 24 in Solenzo.Gathered together at an annual educational conference, post-primary and secondary school teachers will be equipped for four days on the basic concepts of APC/PI, assessment according to APC/PI as well as the development of integration situations and correction grids by discipline.According to the Provincial Director of Post-Primary and Secondary Education of Banwa, Nathan Traoré, these educational days will facilitate the appropriation of the new curricula and their implementation in order to guarantee learners a quality education.About 200 high school and college teachers divided into groups will discuss the objectives and expectations of these curricula and the methodology according to the APC/PI.Mr. Traoré, before opening the proceedings, asked all participants for a minute of silence for the fighting forces who fell on the battlefield and the actors of the educational community torn from their affection.Source: Burkina Information Agency
