Banwa: Solenzo’s Wayiyans clear the edges of the track

The Wayiyans of the city of Solenzo mobilized the population to clean the roadsides this Saturday, September 14, 2024 at the exit of the city on the Bobo road.After the potholes on the road, it is now the turn of the shrubs and tall grass at the side of the road that the Wayiyans have mobilized to clean.With machetes in hand, women and men have a single objective according to the provincial president of the citizen watch Rodrigue Coulibaly: "we decided to clear the way and allow the FDS and VDP to see well from a distance because if a corner is bushy and a venomous snake is hiding in it, it is difficult to find it, but if we cut everything, nothing can surprise our fighters."From Solenzo station to the exit of the city on the Solenzo Bobo section, the Wayiyans have made the edges of this part of the road clearly visible.The appointment is made for the other exits of the city in the coming days so that all the entrances to Solenzo are visible.Source: Burkina Information Agency
