Burkina: Columnist invites AES leaders to build a revolution based on culture

Political columnist, Kelgwendé André Sawadogo called on Thursday, the leaders of the AES to put in place a revolutionary system based on culture to promote viable economic governance." I invite the leaders of the AES to build a revolutionary system based on culture and agriculture and to promote a viable economic governance system that can deliver Africa from the globalist system," declared columnist, Kelgwendé André Sawadogo.Mr. Kelgwendé André Sawadogo spoke on Thursday in Ouagadougou during the launch of the second issue of his quarterly political chronicles entitled "Le devenir Africain".He suggests harmonizing governance by suspending Constitutions, transitional legislative assemblies (AlT) and legislating by ordinance."The purpose and meaning of a revolution is to build a system from a principle, namely culture," said columnist Sawadogo.According to him, it is culture that will give legitimacy to governance.According to the analyst, culture is an asset for the AES States because its conside ration will allow understanding cultural and natural wealth in order to transform it locally.He proposes to rebuild the school on cultural bases to promote the vitality of culture.In this regard, he maintains that a system re-based on culture will allow member states to enjoy their legitimacy based on cultural reference without any problem.Source: Burkina Information Agency
