The Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP) of the province of Nahouri have sown 35 ha visited on October 4 by the High Commissioner of the province of Nahouri, Auguste Kinda and the provincial coordinator of the VDP of Nahouri, Captain Abasse Saidou Niampa.From the commune of Pô via Tiébélé and Ziou, 35 ha of corn and beans were sown by the VDP of the province.Congratulating, encouraging the VDPs of the province and visiting their production, this is the objective set by the high commissioner of the province of Nahouri Auguste Kinda and the provincial coordinator of the VDPs, Captain Abasse Saidou Niampa by visiting their corn and bean fields on October 4, 2024. In the villages of Tiakané, commune of Pô, AVV, in the commune of Tiébélé and Bonga in the commune of Ziou, the strong delegation of the day found on site, VDP motivated and pumped up for the implementation of the agro-sylvo-pastoral offensive in addition to the defense of the homeland. The delegation also found on site customary authori ties committed to supporting the dynamics of the VDP."This visit by the authorities is to be welcomed at its true value. We are more than motivated to defend our homeland and since the State cannot do everything, we have organized ourselves throughout the province to produce for our own consumption," declared Moumouni Adouabou, VDP delegate of Pigyiri."Our role as customary authorities is to pray and make sacrifices for our fighting forces engaged in the reconquest of the national territory. This is also our way of fighting," said the customary chief of Guénon, Pê-Soura, which is where the AVV locality falls.In Bonga, it was victory songs of the fighting forces and dances that welcomed the delegation of the day.
