Nandiala: Security services have issued a search warrant for Gr©goire Zongo, a member of the Nandiala Communal Volunteer for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP), who is suspected of committing murder and assault in Nandiala, Boulkiemd© province.
According to Burkina Information Agency, Zongo is accused of killing his 18-year-old girlfriend and seriously injuring her mother on Monday, August 18, 2025, around 8 p.m. The suspect allegedly used his issued weapon, a Kalashnikov, to commit the acts before fleeing the scene.
The suspect, Gr©goire Zongo, was born on September 3, 1999, in Nandiala. He is approximately 1.65 meters tall and has a black complexion. Authorities are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the defense and security forces to aid in his arrest.
