Burkina: Soon ‘Burkindi Business Center’, a real estate complex including a 35-story tower

The Minister in charge of Construction, Mikailou Sidibé, laid the foundation stone on Tuesday of 'Burkindi Business Center', a real estate complex worth more than 320 billion FCFA, consisting of the Burkindi Tower, a 35-story building, 14 buildings of 15 levels and a 3-level shopping center.On an area of ??4.6 hectares in the Ouaga 2000 district of the Burkinabe capital, the "Burkindi Business Center" will be built, an ultra-modern real estate complex unprecedented in the sub-region, at an estimated cost of 320 billion FCFA.These infrastructures will be built through a public-private partnership between the Burkinabe State and the Kastor Africa group, with the support and expertise of the National Office of Major Projects and the National Urban Land Development Company (SONATUR).According to the general administrator of the Kastor Africa group, Joseph Zagré, this project, which is part of the overall vision of the Burkina Faso authorities, will be carried out in 4 years outside the rainy season, but t he small-scale buildings will be delivered within 24 months.For the patron of the ceremony, Minister Mikaïlou Sidibé, this project demonstrates the government's commitment to improving the living conditions of Burkinabè and transforming the capital, Ouagadougou, into a competitive, dynamic and attractive business hub."This complex, which will bring a touch of modernity to our city by improving the living environment of citizens, will reduce the State's rental charges by offering hundreds of individual offices," said the head of the Ministry in charge of Urban Planning."Burkindi Business Center" will also improve the housing supply thanks to the large number of apartments it will include, he added.Source: Burkina Information Agency
