Ouagadougou: The second session of the intensive training program titled "Become a Real Estate, Land and Cadastral Expert" concluded in Ouagadougou, equipping participants with essential skills after a month of in-depth learning and experience sharing with industry experts.According to Burkina Information Agency, the training was organized by professionals in the field and covered a variety of critical modules. Participants gained knowledge in areas such as the legal and institutional framework for land in Burkina Faso, the process of creating and accrediting a real estate agency, urban planning and construction law, as well as land and real estate taxation. Additionally, the training delved into land management, land security in rural areas, co-ownership, the right to housing, and land publicity.The organizers expressed satisfaction with the high-quality discussions and the dedication shown by participants throughout the training session. They also acknowledged the valuable contributions of expert speake rs, which were instrumental in bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application, thereby preparing future professionals to tackle the challenges within the land and real estate sectors.In an effort to expand the reach and impact of this capacity-building initiative, information tours and additional training sessions are scheduled to be held in other areas.
