Ouagadougou: The government of Burkina Faso announced this Wednesday evening that the first edition of World Youth Skills Day (WYSD), commemorated on July 15 around the world, will finally be celebrated on July 25 across all 13 regions of the country.In his report from the council of ministers this Wednesday, the minister spokesperson for the government, Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo specified that this event dedicated to young people 'will be organized in all regions of Burkina Faso''World Youth Skills Day aims, on the one hand, to recall the importance of transmitting to young people the skills necessary for employment, obtaining decent work and entrepreneurship, and to on the other hand, to give them the means to face the problems and challenges linked to hiring in a constantly changing world,' indicates the report.The JMCJ takes place under the theme 'Skills of young people in the service of peace and development'Source: Burkina Information Agency
