The African Center of Expertise in Management, Economics and Innovation (CAGEI) informs the public of the opening of the second 2024 certification training session in administrative, accounting and financial management of projects and programs.OBJECTIVEThe certificate in administrative, accounting and financial management of projects and programs aims to strengthen the technical capacities of field actors in the operational management of projects and programs. Indeed, administrative and financial project management is an integral part of project management. It allows efficient use of the material, human, financial and technical resources of the project on which the success of the project depends.SPECIFIC OBJECTIVESAcquire a rigorous methodology to successfully conduct projects and programsStrengthen participants' capacities in administrative project management tools and techniques;Strengthen participants' capacities in accounting management techniques and procedures for projects and programs;Equip participants with techniques and tools for project management and financial analysis;Strengthen participants' capacities in project-related market management techniques procedures;Develop a critical mind to enable the team to be able to act in situations of uncertainty or imperfect information.CONTENT OF THE SEMINAR1.
