Ouagadougou: The Chinese company CGINT has made a notable contribution to the Faso Mªbo Presidential Initiative by donating 200 cans of formwork release oil, valued at nearly 4 million FCFA. This donation was made on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, and is expected to play a crucial role in the ongoing paving stone production process at the Faso Mªbo site.
According to Burkina Information Agency, formwork oil is essential in the production process as it oils the molds and facilitates the removal of the paving stones. Johnny Wenju ZHENG, Director General of CGINT, expressed the company's satisfaction in supporting Faso Mªbo's efforts to enhance the country's aesthetic appeal. "We are a Chinese company specializing in the hydraulic, construction, and public works sectors. We are very happy to see Faso Mªbo working to beautify the country. We came today to make a donation of 200 cans of oil," he stated.
ZHENG also expressed hope that other stakeholders will be inspired by CGINT's initiative and contribute to the Faso Mªbo Presidential Initiative. The initiative is focused on urban development and improving accessibility in Burkina Faso, encouraging the population's in-kind contributions for nation-building. This includes materials such as cement, aggregates, tools, and essential products like formwork oil, sikalite, and oxide.
