ENSP Launches Competitive Examination to Recruit Administrative Staff

Ouagadougou: The National School of Public Health (ENSP) initiated a direct competitive examination on Saturday to recruit new administrative staff. According to Human Resources Director Mahamadi Zongo, the recruitment process, centered around a written test, is designed to promote equal opportunities and transparency, adhering strictly to current regulations.

According to Burkina Information Agency, 87 candidates are vying for positions that include 3 accountants, 2 secretaries, and 3 drivers at ENSP. Mahamadi Zongo stated that this recruitment effort is aimed at addressing staffing shortages within the services, where some officers are currently holding dual responsibilities in certain locations.

"This is a direct competition without prior training," Zongo explained. "Successful candidates will be immediately assigned to their respective positions following a three-day training course on civil service ethics."
