Erection of Arbinda Commune: Espoir Association Thanks President Traor© and Government

Ouagadougou: In a letter dated July 5, 2025, the president of the Association Espoir (AE), Issouf Maga, expressed gratitude to President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traor©, and his government for the establishment of the commune of Arbinda in the province last Wednesday.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the letter highlighted the association's appreciation for the government's decision to establish Arbinda as a province, known as KARO-PELI, during the territorial reorganization on July 2, 2025, in the Council of Ministers. The letter emphasized the significance of this decision in light of the national security challenges, recognizing it as a measure that demonstrates the government's commitment to territorial equity and community resilience.

The association underscored that the decision enhances administrative and security capabilities in the region, serving as a catalyst for socio-economic development and social cohesion among the local populations. The Espoir Association pledged its commitment to support the government's efforts in national reconciliation, security, and sustainable development, while expressing the community's readiness to contribute to the stabilization and reconstruction of the nation.

The Espoir Association is a youth organization in Arbinda focused on promoting civic engagement, local development, and solidarity among young people.
