This announcement was made during the traditional raising of the national colors.According to Burkina Information Agency, October saw significant health infrastructure advancements in the Sahel region, with the inauguration of a scanner and a mobile oxygen generator, alongside the hemodialysis center's groundbreaking. The Secretary General emphasized that these developments are crucial for the region's healthcare services.In addition to healthcare improvements, Zongo mentioned the successful commencement of the academic year across all educational levels. The region also hosted the second phase of the national days of patriotic commitment and citizen participation, and facilitated a day of dialogue between the vital forces and the regional governor.The Secretary General further noted that the gover nor visited a rice-growing area exploited by internally displaced persons and a site where a photovoltaic solar power plant is under construction. He extended his congratulations to the armed forces and volunteer defense personnel for their operations that dismantled terrorist bases and neutralized several criminals.
