Highs range between 40°C and 47°C on Monday, hitting 49°C in southwest

Tunis: The weather Monday is partly cloudy in most regions, sometimes cloudy during the night in northern coasts with scattered showers.Highs are expected to range between 40°C and 47°C, hitting 49°C in the southwest and locally in the midland with Sirocco winds.The highest maximum temperatures in nothern coasts are expected to range between 28°C and 33°C, the National Institute of Meteorology said.The wind is blowing north in the north and south in the midland and the south, light to relatively strong in the afternoon in most regions with sandstorms.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
