The citizen watch, N'dorola section, organized a blood donation operation on August 31 and September 7, 2024. 120 bags of blood were collected to support the war wounded, pregnant women and sick children.The blood donation operation was organized by the N'dorola citizen watch section in collaboration with the health district of the said locality and the National Blood Transfusion Center (CNTS).According to the initiators, this activity aims to respond to the call of the President of Faso who says that every healthy Burkinabe must give blood to save lives.It is with this in mind that they organized the blood donation operation for the war wounded as well as pregnant women and children of N'dorola. This allowed them to collect 120 bags of blood.The President of the N'dorola Citizen Watch section, Zakaria Ouédraogo, welcomed the initiative and was pleased to have given his blood to save war wounded, pregnant women and sick children.For the donors, it was also a pleasure to share life through this simp le but vital gesture that is blood donation.Finally, those responsible for the citizen watch were delighted with the strong mobilization of the population around the activity and expressed the wish to see it continue.Source: Burkina Information Agency
