Kompienga Teachers Focus on Educational Reforms at Annual Conference

Kompienga: The teaching staff of the Basic Education District (CEB) in the commune of Kompienga gathered for their annual educational conference, which commenced on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The conference is centered around the theme "Implementation of educational reforms and appropriation of integration situations".According to Burkina Information Agency, the conference aims to enhance the professional capacities of the teaching staff. Key focal areas include the promotion of civic education, the introduction of English language instruction starting from the CE1 class, and encouraging the wearing of traditional clothing. There will also be discussions on integrating information and communication technologies into education.The conference will span four days and feature presentations by educational supervisors. These sessions will be followed by discussions related to the various themes being addressed.
