This visit is an honor for us,' rejoiced the representative of Coopel Venem, Souleymane Zango.To the delegation, he presented the structure, its functioning and the difficulties encountered and the prospects.'The major challenge is to continue to supply the city with electricity. While we operate exclusively with generators. We supply ourselves with diesel through goods convoys. And this is very expensive for us,' underlined Mr. Zango.The vice-president of the special delegation of the municipality of Titao, Oumarou Dialla, thanked Coopel for its efforts and invited the population to regularly pay their bills so that the structure can continue to supply the city.'We came to salute the work of Coopel. We hope that the actions to reconquer the national territory will bear fruit and that the city will soon be opened up.
