The regional director of post-primary and secondary education of Boucle du Mouhoun, Dr Denis Vimboué, chaired, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 in Dédougou, the internal council of his department, with the aim of sharing information relating to the animation of the various services of the regional department.On the eve of the 2024-2025 administrative year, the Regional Directorate of Post-Primary and Secondary Education (DREPS) of Boucle du Mouhoun is sharpening its weapons to approach the start of the school year with serenity, through the internal council, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 in Dédougou.The aim of the meeting is to enable the various heads of departments in the management to take stock of activities and to be informed about the activities of their structure.The chairman of the meeting, Dr Denis Vimboué, paid a vibrant tribute to his colleagues for the quality of the collaboration and the performances obtained."Through the commitment of everyone, we were able to meet the challenges tha t we faced during the past school year," he said.The regional director of post-primary and secondary education in Boucle du Mouhoun urged his colleagues to stay the course to succeed in the 2024-2025 school year which opens with new perspectives.Each department head was given the opportunity to present the activities carried out and to receive advice and guidance for improving performance.The general assessment presented by each department head is satisfactory despite certain difficulties which exist and are mainly linked to the security situation which has deeply affected the region.In view of the results presented, Dr Vimboué urged his colleagues to be more dynamic in promoting the various activities of the department and hoped that the quality of collaboration, which must be characterized by probity and courtesy, would be maintained.Source: Burkina Information Agency
