Health workers from the Pô health district, in the Nahouri province, organized a relaxing day at Pic Nahouri on Saturday, September 7, 2024. Activities such as climbing the Peak, shopping streets, tastings and board games filled the day.As part of the promotion of internal tourism, health workers from the Po health district organized a relaxing outing at the foot of Pic Nahouri on Saturday, September 7, 2024.According to the president of the organizing committee, Dr. Lucien T. Ouédraogo, the day, the 2nd of its kind, aims to create a framework of fraternity, social cohesion between public and private health workers from all over the province and therefore promote internal tourism."This relaxing outing allowed us to unwind far from stress, to have more strength to go back and accomplish the different tasks that were entrusted to us," he said.For him, the day also allowed their different families to fraternize around the different activities.The head physician of the Pô health district, Dr Boukaré Wa nré, welcomed the initiative of his colleagues which, beyond the festive aspect, aims to create social cohesion, living together between public and private health workers.He hoped that the activity would continue to the great happiness of health workers and their families.Private health workers, private pharmacies and staff from the Po military garrison infirmary were involved in the outing.Source: Burkina Information Agency
