Nahouri’s Primary School Certificate Results See Increase in Success Rate

Ouagadougou: The results of the Primary School Certificate (CEP) were released on Monday, June 16, 2025, in P´, within the province's five Basic Education Districts (CEB). The provincial director of Primary Education, Noaga Damiba, encouraged stakeholders to stay the course for the upcoming sessions.

According to Burkina Information Agency, 4,896 candidates were presented, out of which 4,464 were admitted. This included 2,165 boys and 2,299 girls, resulting in a success rate of 91.18%, up from 89.68% in 2024, marking an increase of 1.50%.

Noaga Damiba, the provincial director of preschool, primary, and non-formal education of Nahouri, attributed the success to the collective efforts of all education stakeholders. He expressed his congratulations to the admitted students, teachers, and parents for achieving these results. Although the target was set at 95% at the beginning of the year, Mr. Noaga emphasized that the current result is commendable and should be valued.

Mr. Damiba further encouraged all stakeholders involved to maintain their efforts and dedication for the upcoming sessions, acknowledging the importance of continued commitment to sustain and improve the educational outcomes in the province.
