Namentenga: Provincial managers equipped for administrative management

The Secretary General of the province of Namentenga, Bassouleymane Ouattara, representing the High Commissioner, chaired on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 in Boulsa, a training session for human resources officers of the various decentralized and decentralized structures on the administrative management of permanent departures from functions, the modalities and rights of officers. "What document and when should be had to prepare for a permanent departure", such was the main concern to which the regional director of the civil service of the Center-North, Madi Zango provided adequate solutions this Tuesday, October 29, 2024, during a training session in Boulsa.This training course, which focused on the theme of "retirement management", enabled participants to learn about the legal tools governing definitive departures, to understand the procedures and to acquire a good understanding of employees' rights.To this end, their concerns focused in particular on early departure and resignation, requisitions, unproduc tive agents, coffin costs and the issues of preventive detention. Thus, the contributions of each helped to enlighten the participants during the discussions. The school and university administration attaché at the provincial directorate of preschool, primary and non-formal education of Namentenga, Ferdinand Nacoulma, said he was satisfied with the holding of the training.Mr. Nacoulma hoped that the cost of purchasing the coffin of a deceased agent would be available at the local level, in order to facilitate its acquisition by the heirs of the deceased to avoid the often slow procedures. The regional director of the civil service of the Centre-North also welcomed the effective participation of the participants in the training.
