President Traor© Urges Citizens to Propel Burkina Faso Towards Emergence

Ouagadougou: The President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traor©, has called on his fellow citizens to actively contribute to Burkina Faso's development, emphasizing the nation's potential to transform into an emerging country. President Traor© made these remarks during a national address following the ceremonial raising of the national flag.

According to Burkina Information Agency, President Traor© underscored the nation's wealth, citing its human and moral values, as well as its abundant natural resources. He highlighted that these resources hold significant potential and are highly sought after. "Our country is rich. Rich in its human values, rich in its moral values, but above all rich in its subsoil. And it is these riches that are coveted," he stated.

President Traor© expressed confidence that the untapped natural resources could be pivotal in changing the country's trajectory. He assured that the benefits of resource exploitation should directly support the people of Burkina Faso. "Nothing has yet begun in terms of exploiting natural resources and rewarding the masses. We can change the face of our country," he declared.

The President's address coincided with the first-ever singing of the anthem of the Confederation of the Alliance of Sahel States at the presidential palace in Ouagadougou, marking a significant moment in the nation's history.
