The public prosecutor authorised the Sidi Bouzid Court of First Instance on Friday to take two people into custody and issue wanted notices for two others, for serious violent assault and theft against migrants from an African country, according to the court's first deputy prosecutor and spokesman Jabeur Ghanmi.
Ghanmi said in a statement to TAP that an investigation had been opened against the defendants on charges of attempted murder and robbery using violence and threats, and that the investigating judge had issued a detention order for the two arrestees.
