The General Commission of Etalon en Or donates 1 million to support the peace effort

Ouagadougou: The General Commission of Etalon en Or presented Friday in Ouagadougou the sum of 1 million FCFA to the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Foresight to support the peace effort, noted the AIB.Something promised, something due. During the ceremony of the 2nd edition of Etalon en Or on June 13, a Stallions of Burkina Faso jersey was put up for auction and purchased for 1 million FCFA. The amount collected which was to be donated to the Patriotic Support Fund (FSP) was a reality.The General Commission taking a break with the SG of the Ministry in charge of FinanceIt was the Secretary General of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Foresight, president of the FSP management committee, Vieux Abdoul Rachid Soulama who received the said sum on July 26, 2024 from the hands of Commissioner General Lassina Sawadogo.The General Commission of Etalon en Or thus intends to contribute to the reconquest and security of Burkinabe territory.Source: Burkina Information Agency
