This was stated by former US leader and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump."I imposed sanctions, but I lifted them very quickly because ultimately they kill the dollar and everything it stands for. We need the dollar to remain a global currency. If we lose the dollar as a global currency, it will be a lost war," he said in a speech at the Economic Club of New York.According to Mr. Trump, the current US administration is abusing restrictive measures.
