The Action Group for the Promotion, Education, Training and Women and Girls (GAPEF) in collaboration with the Zama-Nooma Association organized a reforestation day at Camp Zondoma on Monday, September 2 in Ouahigouya.As part of the civil-military reforestation campaign initiated by the (GAPEF), in collaboration with the Zama-Nooma association, a reforestation day was organized at Camp Zondoma in Ouahigouya. An act to respond firstly to the call of the transitional authorities and then to strengthen social cohesion between the defense and security forces and the various civilian components.And for the cause, civilian population, military corps-parent military all from the city of Naaba Kango met at Camp Zondoma on September 2, 2024.For the president of GAPEF, Dr Justine Kyelem/Couldiaty, "this reforestation day is in line with the call of the transitional authorities and the head of state, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, inviting the sons and daughters of the nation to carry out civic actions. Our vision is to m agnify social cohesion between civilians and the defense and security forces, national unity to meet the challenges facing our nation. We invite the population of the Northern region to unite around the vision of the authorities for the return of peace to Burkina Faso."The spokesperson for the Zama-Nooma association Ali Badra Badini, for his part, welcomed the strong mobilization of the population. This mobilization shows that the message of the authorities, that of unity around common objectives, is well received. It is in unity that we will rebuild the Nation. Furthermore, he invited the population to a frank collaboration with the fighting forces until the final victory.A variety of plants such as mango, baobab, and others.
