He urged the people of Oubritenga not to let themselves be manipulated and to distance themselves from the fake news spread by Western media and on social networks."Social networks should not be the main source of information. The Minister of Defense also stressed the need to further rekindle the patriotic flame and promote social cohesion through our socio-cultural values ??such as solidarity and tolerance, which are the foundations of lasting peace. "We have taken a path of sovereignty that is not pleasing and will not be pleasing. We are in a country where we say we are proud to be Burkinabè, so we must assume it," he added. This is why, according to him, the Burkinabè must always be resilient and able to bounce back. "The events that happen m ust enrich and strengthen us. Whatever happens, we must come together around the essential, Faso (...). Please, let it not be for a matter of money or personal or private interest that someone creates cracks in our social fabric in Burkina,' concluded Brigadier General Kassoum Coulibaly.**Recognition and Support**As for the Minister of State, Minister in charge of Communication, Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo, he called on the population to trust the government. However, the active forces submitted grievances which the delegation said it had taken good note of.Before meeting the active forces, the ministerial delegation first spoke with the Combatant Forces, composed of the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) and the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP). During these discussions, General Coulibaly praised their courage and dedication to protecting the populations.
