Kaboré chaired this Wednesday, October 2, 2024, the launch of the 2nd edition of the national days of patriotic commitment and citizen participation which took place at the Gourcy high commission.Under the theme, "For a strong and sovereign nation, let us not betray our homeland!", the second edition of the national days of patriotic commitments and citizen participation was launched this Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at the GourcyIn the presence of the province's vital forces and students mobilized for the occasion, the launching ceremony was missed by a raising of the colors, followed by the reading of the message from the President of Faso, inviting the Burkinabè to "remain vigilant and to banish treason in their daily actions." After the message read by the Secretary General of the province Anatole P. Kaboré, the vital forces were invited to remain mobilized and remain engaged for civic and patriotic actions like the raising of the colors which according to the Secretary General will continue in a rotating manner in the public services in the city of Gourcy.The days of patriotic commitment and citizen participation were instituted by the Burkina authorities with the aim of "awakening patriotic awareness and encouraging civic engagement."
