Average producer prices for broiler chicken and eggs up in October 2023

The average producer price of broiler chicken rose by 11.7% in October 2023 compared with the same month of the previous year, according to the ONAGRI magazine "ONAGRI Vigilance/November 2023," published on Saturday.Compared with September 2023, producer prices in October 2023 fell by 12.3%.ONAGRI also reported a 17.9% rise in the average producer price of eggs for consumption in October 2023 compared with the same month last year.A slight increase of 0.5% was seen compared with the previous month.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
