BEPC exam: 1858 enrolled in the Gnagna

The examination for the Brevet d'études du premier cycle (BEPC) session of 2023, begins tomorrow Thursday in Burkina Faso. In the province of Gnagna, 1858 candidates are registered.

According to the Examinations and Competitions Department of the Provincial Directorate of Post-Primary and Secondary Education of Gnagna, 1858 candidates, i.e. 711 boys and 1147 girls are registered for the BEPC exam session of 2023.

The candidates are distributed in two examination centers in particular in Piéla and Bogandé. At this session, there are 5 juries, 3 in Bogandé and 2 in Piéla.

To hear the head of the Department of Examinations and competitions of the Provincial Directorate of Post-Primary and Secondary Education of Gnagna, Congonoma Arasmané Tassembedo everything is ready for the administration of the tests.

A total of 272 agents were mobilized to ensure the smooth running of the examination in Gnagna.

Compared to the 2022 session, the number of candidates has dropped drastically from 1970, as they were 3828 registered last year.

It is at the provincial high school of Bogandé that the local authorities will open the first envelope, tomorrow Thursday, June 1, 2023.
