During the meeting, the two sides reviewed ways to develop bilateral partnership in strategic areas such as attracting the Korean tourism market to Tunisia and youth and cultural exchanges between the two countries.

For his part, the Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Korea expressed his country's readiness to double Korean investments in Tunisia, particularly in the automotive parts industry, in order to make Tunisia a regional platform for industrialisation and expansion towards African and European markets.
