The special municipal delegation of Dano held its first ordinary session on April 3 and 4, 2024 during which it adopted its first amending budget for the year 2024 of nearly 188 million FCFA as well as other deliberations.
This session was chaired by the president of the special delegation (PDS) of the commune of Dano, Denis Zanré.
During this first session, delegates examined and adopted the first amending budget for the year 2024.
This amending budget was adopted for a total amount of 187,996,419 CFA francs.
Regarding the operating section, it is balanced in terms of revenue and expenditure, amounting to the sum of 32,396,788 CFA francs.
In terms of investments, it is also balanced in terms of revenue and expenditure, reaching the sum of 155,965,631 CFA francs.
It was adopted by seventeen delegates out of eighteen, with one abstention.
Previously, the members of the special delegation had adopted the administrative account for the year 2023.
This account, held by the PDS which is the authorizing of
ficer, aims to establish the result of the revenue recovery operations and incurred expenses authorized by the authorizing officer during the year 2023.
This account generates an overall surplus of 152,934,448 CFA francs.
The delegates also adopted the management account for the financial year 2023. This account, held by the municipal receiver during the year 2023, was the subject of exchanges in order to ensure its compliance with the accounting of the authorizing officer, which is the administrative account.
This presentation shows a surplus of 23,592,807 CFA francs and an availability in the treasury of 283,572,616 CFA francs.
The first ordinary session of the special municipal delegation of Dano also allowed members to adopt seven other deliberations in the field of sanitation.
The delegates also unanimously elected Liradam Sylvain Aloua as president of the environment and local development commission.
The PDS, Denis Zanré, validated the mandate as member of the special municipal delegation of Dano
of the new head of departmental service in charge of agriculture and livestock of Dano, Gaoussou Dayo, at the start of this ordinary session.
At the end of two days of work, he thanked the members for their diligence and their effective participation in the discussions.
Denis Zanré invited each delegate to be an awareness-raiser and to set a good example by paying individual taxes to increase the revenue of the municipality of Dano.
