Burkina offers a Yennega Stallion to the ‘brother’ people of Niger

Ouagadougou: Guest of honor at the first edition of the National Digital Week in Niger, Burkina Faso offered, as a gift, a Yennega Stallion to the Nigerien people. The Minister of Digital Transition, Posts and Electronic Communications, Aminata Zerbo/Sabane who represented the Head of State Ibrahim Traoré in Niamey, 'offered a symbolic present, a standard of Yennega to the brother people of the Nigerien', according to his communications department . The gift presentation took place at the closing ceremony of the Niger Digital Week, open since April 18 at the Mahatma Gandhi international conference center in Niamey, under the theme 'Digital and sovereignty'. In return, the Nigerien Minister in charge of Communication, Posts and the Digital Economy, Sidi Mohamed Raliou offered gifts to Ms. Zerbo as well as to the Malian Minister of Communication, Digital Economy and Modernization of Administration, Alhamdou Ag Ilyene. Last year, the ministers in charge of digital from the Alliance of Sahel States visited th e headquarters of the Smart Village Project (PVI) located in Niamey.
