Ouagadougou: On the occasion of the closing ceremony of the 21st edition of the National Culture Week ( SNC ) , Saturday May 4, 2024 in Bobo Dioulasso, the minister in charge of culture, Rimtalba Jean Emanuel Ouédraogo indicated that the innovations contributed to giving a particular shine to the event. This 21st edition was placed under the theme 'Culture, historical memory and patriotic surge for a new Burkina'.
