Ouagadougou: The Constitutional Council declared Friday that the revision of the Constitution, on December 30, 2023, is 'regular and acquired'.'The procedure for revising the Constitution for the adoption of constitutional law no. 045-2023/ALT of December 30, 2023 is regular and acquired without there being any need to resort to a referendum,' indicated the Constitutional Council in a decision dated January 12, 2024, transmitted to the AIB.Source: Burkina Information Agency
