For Mr. Tassambedo, the Samandéni dam, in the Hauts-Bassins region, also offers favorable conditions for floating cage production. According to him, the dam can accommodate 500 operators for fish production. This production can reach 70 thousand tons of fish per year if its exploitation is optimal, he added.
