The Cadet Stallions of Burkina Faso have joined their Headquarters (HQ) in Annaba in Algeria where they will play their match of the final phase of the African Cup of Nations in their category, we learned on Tuesday from the Burkinabè Football Federation (FBF).

“The Cadet Stallions will not soon forget this warm welcome they received on the evening of April 24, 2023. The governing body of Burkinabe football explains that “each member of the delegation had their bouquet of flowers, then the salon of honour. It was after these strong moments that the Burkinabè team joined the Hôtel Militaire, its base”.

“Leaving Algiers at 7 p.m. GMT, the Stallions landed in Annaba at 7:35 p.m., a 35-minute flight,” according to the FBF.

The Burkinabè team housed in group C (with Mali, Cameroon and South Sudan), enters the competition on May 1 against the Aiglons of Mali. CAN U17 takes place in Algeria from April 29 to May 19, 2023.
