CEPEX organises prospecting mission to Nigeria on sidelines of FAB West Africa

A prospecting mission will be organised by the Exports Promotion Centre (French: CEPEX) through its sales representative office in Abuja, Nigeria, on the sidelines of the Food And Beverage West Africa exhibition slated to be held on June 11-13 in Lagos. B2B meetings are also scheduled. The mission will take the form of a collective participation in an exhibition space of 18m² dedicated to Tunisian agrifood products of interst to the Nigerian market and neighbouring markets, mainly olive oil, dates and by-products, canned food (harissa, sardines, tuna, etc), sauces (ketchup, mayonnaise, etc), cheese, confectionery, biscuits and packaging. FAB West Africa attracts each year over 300 international exhibitors and 5,000 visitors, mainly from Nigeria and West Africa. Trade between Tunisia and Nigeria in 2022 amounted to TND 53.5 million against TND 21.5 million in 2021, posting a 150% rise, figures advanced by the CEPEX show.
