Ouagadougou: The provincial directorate of Humanitarian Action and National Solidarity, this Friday, April 25, 2025 in P´, presented a bicycle to a needy student in the first A class of the municipal high school of P´, to continue her studies. The initiative was initiated by Denise Atti Koudougou/Oulon, a native of the province. According to Burkina Information Agency, the provincial director in charge of Humanitarian Action, Daniel Namono, stated that his department was approached by the principal of the municipal high school of P´. The principal reported that a student in the 1¨re A class frequently arrived late due to the long distance she had to travel.
"We requested and obtained this bicycle from Ms. Koudougou to enable this student, who often arrived late despite her efforts, to be on time and continue her studies," Namono explained.
Namono expressed gratitude for the donation and encouraged others to support such initiatives to help vulnerable groups live with dignity.
For the beneficiary, the bicycle was an unexpected gift for her and her family. "I thank everyone who worked to ensure I received this bike. I am committed to working to deserve the trust placed in me," she said.
This act of kindness is part of Denise Atti's continued commitment to social causes. Her previous efforts included organizing a Christmas event for over one hundred vulnerable children in P´.
