The President of the Transition, Head of State, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE granted, this Friday at the end of the morning, an audience to a delegation of elected consular officials and economic operators from the region of the Hauts-Bassins. Led by the president of the regional consular delegation of Hauts-Bassins of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Burkina Faso, Al Hassane SIENOU, these actors of the regional economy came to congratulate the Head of State for the achievements undertaken In the region. 'During the audience he granted us last year, we hoped for the start of rehabilitation and asphalting work on the Bobo-Dioulasso-Orodara-Koloko-Mali border road, and the junction of the dry port at the Cinquantenaire roundabout; and we were happy to see that these major works are now underway,' declared the spokesperson for the delegation, Al Hassane SIENOU. The delegation was also delighted that all road development and asphalting work in the town of Sya was entrusted to economic operators in the region . 'It's a new vision, a new dynamic that we strongly encourage. This will allow our companies to stay on site and perform to build the economic capital that is Bobo-Dioulasso,' underlined Mr. SIENOU. This hearing was an opportunity for economic actors in the Hauts-Bassins region to reaffirm their support for the various community and endogenous development initiatives advocated by the Head of State. 'We have all subscribed to the popular shareholding program led by APEC. We trust the programs and projects launched by the Head of State. It is a new vision to which we all adhere,' maintained Mr. SIENOU. The delegation also expressed its congratulations and satisfaction to the Head of State for holding the National Culture Week in the town of Sya. In return, according to the president of the Hauts-Bassins regional consular delegation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Burkina Faso, the President of the Transition provided them with advice.
