TUNIS: Tunisia's national soccer team were eliminated in the semi-finals of the Egypt Capital Winsunited Cup, part of the FIFA 2024 Series, after losing to Croatia on penalties (4-5, 0-0 after regular time). In the other semi-final, Egypt beat New Zealand 1-0 in Cairo on Friday night. Croatia and Egypt will meet in the final next Tuesday. Tunisia will play New Zealand for third place on the same day. The starting line-up for Tunisia was as follows: Bechir Ben Said (Aymen Dahmane 90'+4), Wajdi Kechrida, Oussema Haddadi, Hamza Jelassi, Dylan Bronn, Ali Abdi, Nader Ghandri, Aissa Laidouni, Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane, Hamza Rafia (Letaief 63') and Elias Achouri (Jaziri 87').
